Many thanks to everyone who came to audition for The Poisoned Kiss last week. We were overwhelmed by the high standard of auditions and impressed at the overall level of preparation. This made casting a tough job and we had to make some very hard decisions. However, we feel that we have been able to put together a very fine cast. Only the tenor role of Prince Amaryllus remains uncast, but we hope to announce this soon. Here, then, is the cast:

The Empress’s Physician – Tim Strong

Once again, well done to everyone who auditioned. Rehearsals commence tomorrow (Sunday) and there are no auditions for the chorus – all are welcome, so please come along if you’d like to join us! Tomorrow’s rehearsal will take place at Borough Welsh Congregational Chapel, 90 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0EX. The call is 2.00pm for Angelica, Tormentilla, Dipsacus and the Hobgoblins, and 3.00pm for everyone.
